Oliveboard - Associate - Customer Support (0-1 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Onboard paid users and help them access their classes
- Follow up & take feedback from users
- Issue certificates, class details, and relevant activities.
- Handle queries raised by users and resolve them by effectively coordinating with the relevant team.
- Attend to Live Chat queries coming in during the Business Hours
- Ensure Call quality metrics are met on incoming calls
Key Requirements :
- Minimum 0 to 1 years experience in a Customer Service role at a B2C company
- Experience of working on any Support Ticketing platform like Zendesk, Zoho, Freshdesk etc., is preferred
- Must be Proficient in Hindi, English - speaking and writing
- The role will involve working for 6 days a week.
