OLA - Inside Sales/Key Accounts Management Role - OLA Corporate (0-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify opportunities for, and execute revenue growth in existing client base, through well timed strategic interventions
- Create appropriate customer development plans taking into account organizational structure, key stake holders, visible opportunities, approved budgets and strategic objectives. Manage positively all stakeholders through a corresponding buying and influence matrix
- Maintain credibility and own corporate relationship with C - levels within existing client base
- Understand corporate travel trends and regulations in conjunction with customer operations, challenges and pain points
- Fully manage specific opportunities through a rigorous and disciplined use of the CRM tool by maintaining customer records and logging opportunities
Key Skills :
- B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, IT, e-Commerce, or other sales intensive domains
- Self-starter with willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, hunger to hustle and close large deals
- Well networked among large enterprise accounts, with active C-level relationships
- Proven record of customer success over a sustainable period
- Demonstrable record of developing and maintaining customer relationships at all levels, especially CXO level
- Effective team player with good interpersonal skills, recognizing and respecting the value of all members to achieve results
- Good analytical skills to effectively understand the customer's world and target value adding activities to maximum effect
- Learnability as key competence, and consultative approach towards customer service
