Position: Sales Consultant

Job Location: Gurgaon

Fixed Off: Tuesday

Scope: Sales consultants are a liaison between the company and the client. They are responsible to own the client through the customer lifecycle to drive rental closures.

What will you do:

1. Responsible for communicating with the client over phone and WhatsApp

2. Understanding client requirements and arranging client visits for closure

3. Interacting and communicating with the client on a regular basis to determine changing tastes and preferences.

4. Develop understanding of the rental market in NCR and educating clients on the same

5. Managing conflict and coming up with effective negotiation and sales strategies

6. Working closely with all teams to ensure seamless service delivery to the customer

7. Increasing the customer satisfaction in terms of services they are using

8. Taking the proper feedback from the client and helping the operations team in service up gradation

What you will need:

1. B.Tech/MBA/Graduation

2. 1-4 yrs. experience in consultative selling & outbound sales

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Tech Savvy

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills

5. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with success

6. Goal oriented personality

7. Energetic & aggressive

8. Ambitious to achieve results in life
