Sales Representative :

Job Responsibility :

OK Play Group has launched a range of innovative industrial healthcare products which are particularly relevant in the present difficult times. You will be responsible for sales by closing leads generated through the company's marketing campaign. The job profile would involve handling incoming/outgoing calls, customer queries and complaints. There is a potential to make significant earnings as the company intends to provide handsome incentives for sales closed. You will be a part of a young dynamic sales team - and the job offers flexibility of timings and work-from-home opportunity.

Salary - Upto 2.50 LPA + Incentives

Job Responsibilities and Duties :

- Representing and closing sales for the company

- Answer Incoming/Making Outbound Calls

- Provide general product and service information to customers

- Work with CRM / IVR software

- Managing Customer Complaints

- Working as part of a sales team - and identifying and escalating issues to the right person in the team

- Upsell Products and Services

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills :

- Graduate or Equivalent (Diploma holders can also apply)

- Ability to convince customers and close sales

- Superior oral and written communication skills

- Experience of working on IVR/CRM software a plus

- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately

- 1-3 years of experience in a sales environment

- Excellent computer, data entry and typing skills
