Ohri's - Manager - Sales & Marketing (5-12 yrs)
- Illustrate and develop the annual plan, associated budgets and sales/marketing strategies - Online and Offline channels
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance of all outlets and initiate corrective action where necessary
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and do tie ups with agencies for sales enhancement
- Develop and direct all outlet's operation and promotional activities, and monitor the effectiveness of the marketing campaign
- Implement new technology for assisting in sales and brand development
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Conduct PR related activities to enhance brand equity of the group
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Think creatively and contribute ideas for the sales and marketing plan
- Consistently delivery and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Keep up to date with new market innovations and do SWOT analysis
- Provide practical assistance when necessary to promote the smooth running of the business on an on-going basis.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with direct reports, ensuring appropriate training and development is provided.
- Work closely with the management to secure new business and maximise the catering revenue
- Monitor and review online promotions and sales and develop strategy to maximize business
