About the role:
- The Enterprise sales team is responsible for revenue growth with new and existing customers that represent the largest prospective accounts for Innvendt.
- Our daily customer engagements include conversations around how IoT can positively impact productivity, workplace safety programs, predictive maintenance strategies, global asset management, and regulatory compliance
What you will own & do in this Role:
- Develop Executive-Level relationships within strategic, named accounts.
- Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to closing
- Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns.
- Generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting.
- Coordinate the involvement of Field Sales Engineers and support teams so that performance Objectives and customers' expectations are consistently met
- Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing sales team
A few Requirements for this role:
- Bachelor's degree, B.Tech, MBA,BBA or any degree with sales experience.
- 4-9 years experience in a full cycle, closing sales role
- Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts and INR 1 Crore+ ARR transactions
- Experience handling and owning enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships
- Willing and comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with uncertain parameters
- Experience with high-volume cold calling
