Offline Marketing Specialist - Industrial Product/Heavy Machinery (4-5 yrs)
- Planning and developing offline marketing campaigns.
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies for promotional activities.
- Writing and proofreading creative copy.
- Coordinate with the Local Team for Local sales and marketing promotion.
- Developing, executing, and evaluating the impact of offline marketing plans for the launch of new stores.
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Coordinating internal marketing and an organization culture
- Produce marketing communication briefs for external agencies.
- Managing and producing all Offline artwork including amends through until completion and producing briefs for Printing & Production with all relevant information to ensure efficient processing of each stage of the print process.
- To brief the contact center on upcoming activities to optimize the customer experience of live promotions.
- Coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure seamless and timely implementation of the planned activities.
- Assist the team with the management of agency relationships and performance.
- To support the rest of the Marketing team in the collation and interpretation of campaign results and make recommendations for improvements.
- Keep up to date on marketing innovations and opportunities and report these to the team.
- Other ad hoc requests when required.
- Analysis of each marketing activity to ensure the desired outcome.
- Vendor Negotiations and Management.
Requirements :
- Master's degree in marketing or related field.
- 3-4 years of offline marketing experience.
- Strong Interpersonal, time and project management, creative thinking, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accountability and responsibility.
- Great interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Stronghold on Microsoft Office.
- Prior hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills
