Officer - TeleSales - BPO (1-7 yrs)
Skills Requirement :
- Good Interpersonal, Presentation and Communication skills.
- Knowledge in Tele calling Protocols/Procedures.
- Should show interest in interacting with Aspirant Students and have a skill set to convince them.
- Counselling students to select appropriate study programs as per their interest of career and country.
- Handle Inbound calls, make cold calls as per available query list and conduct regular follow-up to gather and successfully close leads.
- Reporting daily basis activity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Professional & Personal Attributes :
- Good proficiency in English or Local Language.
- Knowledge of overseas market is an added advantage
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software tools.
- Target Achiever and take ownership always.
- Should be enthusiastic and hardworking.
- Provide Email Support, whenever required.
- Professional approach and detail oriented.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Diploma/Graduate.
- Minimum .6-4 years of experience as a Tele-caller / BPO Customer support.
salary- 15 k to 17 k pm
