Officer/Team Leader - Sales - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth through effective lead management and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads, make outbound calls, and communicate efficiently with potential clients.
- Identify sales opportunities by analyzing customer requirements.
- Address inquiries via email and provide relevant information.
- Keep track of potential and existing customers for efficient sales management.
- Stay updated on product/service offerings to provide accurate details to clients.
- Monitor competitors' offerings to position our products effectively.
- Recommend additional services/products to boost sales revenue.
- Research and identify new prospects to expand the customer base.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Graduation is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or marketing.
Compensation: Up to - 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits.
