Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Sales Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure the steady flow of commodities.

- Identify and onboard new distributors and retailers within the region to expand the sales network.

- Conduct regular visits to distributors and retailers to address concerns, provide product training, and gather feedback.

2. Sales Target Achievement:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve performance in underperforming areas.

3. Market Development:

- Identify new business opportunities and market gaps within Delhi NCR.

- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.

- Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to boost sales.

4. Reporting & Coordination:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and closures, and provide timely updates to the sales manager.

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth delivery of goods and resolution of disputes.

5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers to ensure retention and loyalty.

- Act as the point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
