Officer/Senior Officer - Sales - Building Material - West (3-8 yrs)
Main responsibilities of the Job :
1) To develop sales in the designated area .
2) Set up and maintain a professional dealer network in Mumbai, Thane & Raigad districts
3) To develop and maintain a high degree of contact with key architects, builders, designers & B2B in the region.
4) Identify new B2C & B2B projects in the designated area and get Product specified.
5) Generating enquiries through site mappings in the potential areas of the region.
- Performance & result expected out of the job (qualitative and quantitative) :
- To achieve the sales targets assigned for the region
- To develop and maintain the dealer network
- To have good negotiation and decision making ability
- To have good coordination with external agencies
- To extend the Marketing activities in the region
Qualification : MBA (Marketing)
Experience : 3-8 years' of experience in Building Material Industry.
- Preferably worked with Architects, Interiors, Builders along with development of channel network.
Skills : Smart, dynamic, willing to travel to defined area and good in MS Excel, Word & PPT Excellent Communication Skills (Fluent in English & local language)
Geographic Knowledge : Working experience in Mumbai, Thane, Raigad and other surrounding areas.
Location : Candidate should be based at Mumbai/Thane
