Officer - Sales/Telecalling - Loan (0-5 yrs)
Role: Loan Officer/ Tele caller
- Responsibility : Out calling the Prospect customers getting their documents through online to process Personal Loans.
- Required Skills: Convincing Skills, Excellent Communication skills in English and Hindi and Any other Two regional Languages (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Hindi/ Malayalam). Self-motivated, Taking Responsibility and Work under Pressure. Targets oriented, should be Good Team Player.
- Experience: Minimum 06 months to 02 Years
Required : in/Out Bound Tele Sales- or - Inside sales- through tele calling or Cold calling, in Personal Loan/Credit card/Insurance domain. Preferably from financial industries like Banking/NBFC domain
- Shift timings: Normal 09 hours shift Maximum 08 PM. 06 days working Sunday fixed off.
- Educational Qualification: Graduates/Under Graduates with relevant experience.
- Package: Maximum package will be Rs. 3 Lakhs per annum. The salary includes a fixed remuneration of Rs. 2.52 Lakhs p.a. and variable/bonus/performance incentive Rs.4 thousand, payable monthly.
For example: If we offer 20k per month package for any selected candidate Break up will be 16k Fixed + 4k variable/bonus/performance incentive.
Work Location: 91 Spring Board, 8 th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore.
