Experience : Mini. 1+ experience required in BFSI sales and marketing (Sales/Sales Officer in Banking / Financial Services/Insurance - mandatory)
- Home loan/Mortgage Loan/Loan against Property selling experience highly preferred.
CTC : 2.00 to 3.20 LPA + Incentive + other benefits (depend on location)
Age : 21 to 38 years
Qualification : Graduation is Compulsory
Job Description :
- Manage and lead the sales team for home loans and LAP.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to stimulate sales growth.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Train and develop sales staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
- Participate in industry events and networking to promote the brand and generate leads.
