Roles and Responsibilities are :
- Building Agency : Identify & Recruit Potential advisor's (Ex: Retired Persons, Unemployed, Any family Members Etc)
- Driving Sales : Motivating to achieve Expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors.
- Manage Team Performance & Productivity : Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team.
- Leadership : Provide leadership and management to the team of advisors.
- Mentoring and Training: Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisor's in the team, providing feedback on advisor's performance.
- Involves attending the Sales calls (outside of the office)
