Position : Sales Officer
Location : Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Cuttack, Guwahati, Jorhat
CTC : 4 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus
Job Description:
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.
- Ensure the Team meets proper training in respective geographical assignments.
- Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution coordinate with Team for the smooth execution of the sales process.
- Ensure the team and own targets are met- new members Onboarding, Target achievement, Business Premium.
Required skills:
Experience : Min 3 years in sales and marketing/ Insurance/ Banking/ FMCG/ Pharma any experience
Qualification : Min Graduation is Mandatory
