Position: Sales Officer - Insurance Sales
Industry: Banking / Insurance Sales
CTC: - 2.80 LPA - 3.20 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new insurance customers from the open market.
- Generate leads for family policies and cross-sell other financial products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Track sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and sales growth.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Graduate in any field
Experience: 1 to 2 years in Field Sales
- Competitive, goal-driven, and confident
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Must be a local candidate
