Officer - Sales - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Direct Sales on Appointment Basis.
- Leads Support from Company.
- Deal with Super HNI Customers.
- Deliver Product Presentation. (Insurance)
- Get the Sales Done and Generate Reference.
- Manage and develop team of front-line sales employees.
- Recruiting and Managing team of advisors.
- Manage complete life cycle of agents
- Supervising the teams under in terms of tasks
- evaluating their performance
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate.
- Min 1 Year of Experience in Direct Sales (Preferable from Insurance Background)
- Must be Localite since past 1 Year.
- Age : Min 21 Years - Max 35 Years.
- Two Wheeler Required.
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills are required.
