- Need to monitor and ensure production target as per plan.
- Supervision of respective shifts and ensure shop floor discipline.
- Training of new employees and employee skill upgradation.
- Managing Day by day Planning, operational challenges and solving problems of a team of agents.
- Prepare schedules for the teams and ensure attendance
- Should have knowledge about Dialer strategy.
- Should have knowledge about Client and Data management.
