Officer - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Your role is to inspire, coach, and drive sales success while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of advisors to drive sales life.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build strong relationships with advisors and customers.
- Sales & Business Development.
- One of the duties and responsibilities is to identify and onboard insurance advisors.
- Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to boost sales.
- Performance management: Promote and help to boost productivity.
The necessary candidate's profile:
- Requirement: Graduate.
- Experience: Two years or more in an area involving sales.
- The age range is 21-38 years old.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- On two wheels. It must be local.
