Candidates will be responsible for Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
Job Description:
- Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
- Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same.
- Recruitment of agents,and generate business from agents
- Motivate your team for sales the product
- Led your team & daily work with them
1. How much salary can I expect?
Ans. You can expect a minimum salary of up to 2.20 LPA to 2.60 LPA
2. What is the eligibility criteria to apply for this job?
Ans. The candidate should have completed Graduate degree and people who have 1 to 4 years' experience in sales & marketing are eligible to apply for this job.

Ans. The candidate should have Good English skills and sound communication skills for this job.

Ans. It is a Full Time job having timing from 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM and will have 6 working days i.e., Monday - Saturday.
