Officer - Sales - Industrial Paints (3-6 yrs)
Description:
We are seeking a competent Sales Officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a result-oriented mindset, and a passion for sales. The Sales Officer will drive sales growth and create long-term profitable relationships with clients. They will also be responsible for sales forecasting, developing marketing strategies, and generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Generate new business leads and convert prospects to clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Respond to client inquiries and provide product information
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve sales strategies, and achieve sales quotas
- Report sales results to management and suggest strategies for improving sales performance
Requirements:
- Candidates with a background in handling the sales of Industrial paints, welding industry (equipment's, abrasives, safety products), powder coating paints, painting equipment's, Adhesives, powder coating equipment's, Touchup paints (industrial).
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
