Officer - Sales - Gold Loan Sector - Bank (1-5 yrs)
The RBL bank is looking for experienced male/female professionals in gold loan Department for leading the sales development activities in their respective Regions for below position
Position : Gold Loan Officer (GLO)
Job Location : South Mumbai
Job Responsibilities :
- Monitoring & follow up with Customers
- Improve the business by explaining benefits of the company development activities.
- Achievement of Target assigned to them on Gold Loan product, Working on the Knowledge, Skills & attitude
- Improving Selling Skills & Effective Communication Skills by Conducting Quarterly Business Review Meet in coordination with Training department.
Eligibility Criteria :
1. Must be a graduate from a recognized University
2. Min 1 years of experience in Sales/Business Development Profile.
3. Experience in the Gold loan Sector will be preferred.
4. Must have the proficiency of good Computer knowledge.
5. Must have a go getter attitude desired for any target oriented Job.
6. A male/female Working Professional with maximum Age upto 35 Years.
Package : Fixed Salary + Incentives (Montly) Additional Product Incentives + Staff welfare benefits applicable for Company Employees Traveling allowance/reimbursement
