Officer - Sales - FMCG (3-9 yrs)
- Dealing in General trade
Lead the sales and distribution of products across segments / partners.
Responsible for promotion & sales of products to the institutional sales segment in the assigned area by meeting sales targets.
- To undertake business development by introducing new customers.
Achieving assigned sales targets. Planning, formulating and implementing marketing strategies (S&M Budgets, Pricing Policy, etc.) and promotions to increase market penetration and to drive revenue and profitability by maximizing sales
- Maintaining reports on business & individual performance, formulating objectives and gathering adequate information about market and industry
Communicating and executing procedures with business partners in accordance with company and commercial norms
- Ensure assigned budgets are adhering during primary & secondary sales.
Negotiating and executing schemes / prices & procedures for clients and channel partners
- Expanding distribution network with new service areas; ensuring new developments & innovation in business areas to gain a distinctive competitive advantage in the market
