Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with key customers.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and retailers.

- People Management - Maintaining conducive professional relationship with all business partners.

- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

- Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.

- Meeting and exceeding sales targets for assigned products or territories.

- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and distributors.

- Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management.

- Collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.

- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements :

- Min. 1 year of GT sales experience in a large FMCG organization

- Comfortable with Telugu and English

- Proficient with MS-Office
