Officer - Sales - FMCG (2-3 yrs)

Position Details :
Role: Sales Officer (SO)
Experience : 2 to 3 years in FMCG, Food & Beverages industries preferred.
Package: As per company standards.
Locations: Mangalore, Ballari, Bidar.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales targets within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to enhance market presence.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned region.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for effective market planning.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Prior experience of 2-3 years in sales within the FMCG or Beverages industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
