Officer - Sales Development - BFSI (2-8 yrs)
We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Development Officer to identify and develop new business opportunities. This role focuses on lead generation, building customer relationships, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through research and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and drive sales opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping.
- Provide market feedback to the sales team for strategy refinement.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in sales or lead generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Candidate must be Graduated.
- Age between 25 to 39 years.
