Job Description :-
1. Field Sales, Have to generate the leads by their own.
2. Acquisition of Quality Corporate Salary accounts - Qualified & Activated NTB Corporate Salary Accounts (In Nos.)
3. Acquisition of Quality Higher Corporate Salary variants -Acquisition of Qualified and Activated Higher Corporate Salary variants.
4. Acquisition of Corporate Salary Values -Corporate Salary AMB acquired in accounts sourced during the month (In Rs).
5. Revenue Acquisition - Cross sell of Life Insurance products, MF, Gold, Trade/ FX, Assets products.
6. Maintaining good relationships with the customers.
7. Complete adherence to Yes Personality guidelines.
8. Compliant towards KYC and all operational risk.
9. Comply with Bank s policies and processes.
10. Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns.
11. Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer's assets.
12. Ensure timely submission of MIS reports.
