- Recruiting and Building a high performing distribution network of financial consultants(FCs)
- Training, motivating and driving these certified financial consultants to sell insurance
- Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell Insurance solutions.
Candidate profile :
- Required Experience: Minimum experience of 2 + Years in Any Field Sales & Marketing
- Candidate should be comfortable working through Direct Sourcing
- CTC Bracket : up To : 3.15 LPA
- Educational Qualification : Any Graduate
