Officer - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Role Summary :
The Sales Executive is tasked with driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales goals. This position focuses on prospecting, presenting company offerings, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Primary Duties :
- Present and promote products/services to achieve or surpass sales targets.
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
- Deliver detailed product presentations and clarify customer queries.
- Manage customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with team members to develop and implement winning sales strategies.
Requirements :
- Age: 22 to 32 years
- Preference for candidates from the local area
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales and marketing within BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
