Job Description :
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Officers to join our team in Ramgarh. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in field sales, particularly in the life insurance sector, and possess strong skills in relationship management and team recruitment. As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in expanding our agency channel and driving sales growth through open market strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Field Sales: Actively engage in field sales activities to promote and sell life insurance products to potential clients in the open market.
- Agency Channel Development: Identify and recruit potential agents to expand our agency network, ensuring a strong and effective sales team.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Team Recruitment: Participate in the recruitment process for new sales agents, providing training and support to ensure their success in the field.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the life insurance industry, adapting sales tactics accordingly.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and recruitment efforts, providing regular updates to management.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the life insurance sector.
- Proven experience in team recruitment and development within an agency channel.
- Strong relationship management skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
