Officer - Sales - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Create and implement direct sales strategies for insurance products to drive business growth.
- Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions to generate interest and build relationships.
- Identify and generate new leads, building a robust client database through various marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work with teams to design and launch effective sales campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Review and analyze sales data to pinpoint areas for improvement and enhance overall performance.
- Guide and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring high performance and accountability.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 1 year in sales or marketing within the BFSI sector, with a focus on Life Insurance.
- Must have been a resident of the area for at least 3 to 5 years.
