Officer - Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
Finding, mentoring, and overseeing a team of individuals to promote life insurance policies is the responsibility of this role. Success in this role is measured by sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reaching sales goals, preserving connections, and acquiring new clients are the role's major tasks.
- Finding and onboarding insurance advisors is one of the tasks and obligations.
- Sales & Business Development: Create and put into action plans to increase sales.
- Performance management: Encourage and assist in increasing output.
The profile of the required candidate:
- A graduate degree is required.
- Experience: At least two years working in a sales-related field.
- The age range spans from 21 to 38.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- On two wheels. It has to be local.
