Officer - Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
- To handle gold loan customers at the branch, explaining Product features, handling queries, documentation and end to end.
- Experience in Gold loan is mandatory.
- Field Sales Experience is mandatory
- To conduct valuation and verification of gold ornaments with respect to weight, and purity & Detect spurious, low-purity gold and frauds to mitigate the risk
- Ensure that proper KYC and other prescribed documentation process is followed before and after the disbursement of the loan Adhere to the Policy, Process & other guidelines.
- Increase Gold loan portfolio
- Secure safe room operations, security measures, day to day working of the branch
- Follow up with the customer for timely interest collection, and repayment and reduce NPA to zero
