Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for Current and Savings Accounts.
- Conduct field visits to potential customers in assigned areas.
- Cross-sell other banking products such as loans, insurance, and deposits.
- Ensure complete KYC documentation and compliance.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain reports and update management on sales activities.
Qualifications :
- Education : Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience : 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
- Age : 21 to 27 years.
