Title of Position: Sales Representative

Accountabilities:
1. Sell : Find potential customers, showcase our offerings, and close deals to meet sales targets.
2. Connect : To understand clients' demands and guarantee satisfaction, establish and develop relationships with them.
3. Research : To identify areas for expansion, keep up of market developments and rivalries.
4. Know-How : Acquire knowledge about our goods and services so that you can explain their advantages to others.
5. Report : Monitor sales activity and projections for management assessment.
6. Team Player : Work together with other teams to solve problems and enhance procedures.
7. Learn & Grow : Ask for input, take part in workshops, and put best practices into action.
8. Adhere to the Rules : Make sure that ethical standards and company regulations are followed.
Qualifications :
1. Education : A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
2. Experience : two years of sales experience, ideally in [BFSI].
3. Success Record : Demonstrated history of hitting and surpassing sales goals.
4. Communication : The ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally.
5. Relationship Building : Capacity to establish rapport and trust with customers and co-workers.
6. Problem-addressing : capable of addressing problems and thinking strategically.
7. Technical Proficiency : Expert in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
8. Flexibility : The capacity to adjust to quickly changing circumstances and shifting priorities.
