Job Overview :
The CASA Acquisition Officer will be responsible for expanding the bank's market share by acquiring new Current and Savings Account (CASA) customers. The position is target-driven, requiring proactive sales efforts and close interaction with potential customers to build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify potential markets and customers for CASA product acquisition.
- Conduct door-to-door sales, cold calls, and presentations to introduce the bank's Current Account and Savings Account products.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Explain product benefits and banking services to prospective clients, ensuring a clear understanding of offerings.
- Facilitate the completion of customer documentation in line with bank policies and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML).
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients to resolve queries, offer product enhancements, and foster long-term banking relationships.
- Actively seek out cross-selling opportunities for other financial products like insurance, loans, credit cards, and digital banking services.
- Collaborate with branch staff and the operations team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and excellent service delivery.
- Report regularly on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to sales leadership.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales (BFSI sector experience is preferred but not mandatory).
- Must be a local resident of [location], with knowledge of local market dynamics.
