Officer - Sales - Banking (1-6 yrs)
A banking sales officer is responsible for selling banking products and services to customers and helping them with their financial needs.
Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell banking products like savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and insurance.
- Identify and approach potential customers to grow the client base.
- Provide advice on the best banking solutions based on customer needs.
- Meet monthly sales targets by actively reaching out to customers.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and offer after-sales support.
- Keep track of customer information and handle their inquiries.
- Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Sales experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong communication and people skills to connect with customers.
