Officer - Sales - Banking (1-4 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assist customers with the account opening process and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns.
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth onboarding of customers.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns to generate leads.
- Provide periodic updates on sales performance and market trends to management.
Qualifications :
- Age : Between 21 and 27 years.
- Must be a local resident and own a bike for fieldwork.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, ideally in the BFSI sector.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
