Officer - Sales - Banking (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a proactive and driven CASA Sales Executive to help increase our bank's portfolio of Current and Savings Accounts (CASA). The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable CASA products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote CASA products to individual and business customers.
- Identify and convert potential leads through telecalling, referrals, and networking.
- Collaborate with branch staff to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
- Meet monthly CASA sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to CASA accounts promptly.
- Stay informed about competitors' products and services.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales (banking or relevant industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Target-oriented and results-focused.
- Must own a bike for local travel.
- Age: 21 to 38 years (Local candidates preferred).
