Job Role :
- Drive the acquisition of current and savings accounts.
- Conduct field visits to identify and approach potential clients.
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Build rapport with customers for long-term relationship management.
- Promote and cross-sell additional banking products (FDs, credit cards, etc.).
Eligibility :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Prior experience in sales is an advantage.
- Age : 21 to 32 years.
- Must be a local candidate and own a bike.
