Job Title : Sales Officer
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential customers for opening Current and Savings Accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
- Engage with clients through various outreach methods, including cold calls and field visits.
- Support customers in understanding the benefits of the bank's products and services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for account openings.
- Cross-sell related banking products such as personal loans, insurance, and credit cards.
Qualifications :
- Education : Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience : 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in BFSI sector.
- Age : 21 to 27 years.
- Local candidate.
