Job Overview :
As a Sales Officer, your primary responsibility is to acquire new Current Account and Savings Account customers through various sales activities. You will be working with potential clients, educating them on the benefits of the bank's products, and driving them to open accounts. Key Roles :
- Achieve Sales Targets : Meet monthly/quarterly targets for CASA account openings.
- Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Customer Relationship : Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service to ensure account openings.
- Product Promotion : Educate customers about CASA and cross-sell other bank products.
- Follow-Up & Documentation : Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and maintain accurate records.

Eligibility Criteria :
- Educational Qualification : Minimum graduate in any discipline.
- Experience : 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Age : 21 to 32 years.
- Vehicle Requirement : Must own a bike for local travel.
- Local Candidates Preferred : Knowledge of the local market and geography is a must.
