Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated CASA Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers for Current and Savings Accounts. You will work towards achieving sales targets, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring all customer documentation complies with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely collection and verification of customer documents in compliance with KYC norms.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall branch targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales progress reports.
- Participate in local events to promote banking products.
- Implement strategies to retain and upsell to existing customers.
Qualifications:
- Age: 21 to 27 years old.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
- Transportation: Must own a bike.
- Must be a Local Candidate.
