Officer - Sales (4-15 yrs)
KPI's :
- Initiate conversations with upto 15 retailers a day with a goal of opening 1-2 outlets a day.
- Maintaining customer relations : You have to go on each beat at least twice a month. While on beat, meeting the retailer, discussing shortcomings & issues, validating performance of the promoter, visibility.
- Schemes & Promotion - since this would be the initial journey of building this channel for us, schemes & promotion involvement would be an integral part of the role.
- Channel Build - an important part of this would be the overall team building activity that would be done. A team of sales representatives who would each shortlisted locations.
