Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will identify potential customers, generate leads, and close sales to meet business goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities :


- Identify new business opportunities and develop a sales pipeline


- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and networking events


- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape


- Present products and services to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions


- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales and customer retention


- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis


- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts


- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to align sales strategies with business goals


- Collect feedback from customers and provide insights to improve products and services


- Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and results in CRM software
