- Recruit /Train FCs and advisers.
- Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
- Enhance FC earnings based on vintage.
- Focusing on advisory and FC retention.

- Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisers by up selling and cross selling of product mix

Required Qualification & Skills :

- 2-8 Years of Sales Experience in sales & marketing filed
- Age should be between 24-38 Years
