Officer/Manager - Sales - BFS (1-3 yrs)

Responsibility & Roles :
- In charge of strengthening your team through self-networking.
- You must train and inspire them to make sales.
- Cooperative fieldwork with Your Team.
- Arrange for the trainings on regulations.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly business meetings are held.
- A monthly goal-setting and income exercise.
- Maintain positive relationships with distributors and customers.
- Focus on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Concentrated effort to increase premium renewal collection.
Selection Standards :
- Mandatory graduation degree
- 1 to 3 years of sales and marketing/BFSI experience
- Not suitable for part-time
- The ideal candidate will be capable of contributing significantly to the company, mature, and self- assured.
- Strong believer that building relationships at all levels is essential to achieving company goals.
