The Company is committed to delivering the Joy of Learning to students in the early childhood education and K12 segments. With a network of over 1,300 pre-schools and Schools, The Company now plans to revolutionize learning in the EdTech Space.
- The role holder will be responsible for generating new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth franchisee Sign up conversion process.
- He/She would be required to be able to close sales and meet targets & to build initial interest, confidence in the customer and ensure customer delight.
1. Data scraping by Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up with them for generating warm and hot prospects.
2. Analyse customer's needs and explore sales opportunities.
3. Answering potential customers' queries and building engagement by sending additional information.
4. To remain updated about product and service related updates such that latest input can be shared with prospects.
5. Generating and maintaining a database of existing and potential customers.
6. Competition updates
7. Researching for new sources of Data and qualifying new leads.
- The incumbent must be a Graduate with 2 to 5 years experience in Inside Sales or Outbound Sales role and excellent communication skills. Fluent Tamil/ Telegu/ Kannada/Malayalam will be an added advantage.
Salary Budget : Upto 6 lpa .+ 2 lpa Variables.
