Officer - Inside Sales (1-3 yrs)
We are urgently hiring a Sales Officer (Inside Sales) for our office in Bandra East, Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and closing sales over the phone or email. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate sales leads through calls and emails
- Pitch company products/services and close sales to meet monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Maintain a sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment in sales strategies
- Record all sales activities and maintain accurate customer data in CRM
- Provide customer feedback and suggestions to improve product offerings.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or tele-sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
