Officer - Front Sales - BFSI (1-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Set goals and monitor team performance.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
- Analyze market trends and adjust plans as needed.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline.
- Track lead progression and conversion rates.
- Implement and refine sales processes and tools.
- Optimize lead qualification and handling.
- Provide ongoing development and support.
- Prepare reports on team performance and lead results.
- Work with sales, marketing, and other teams.
Candidate Requirement :
- 1+ year experience any sales field
- Education : Graduate
- Age : Between 22 to 38 years
